Where are you based?
My Little Portrait is a mobile photography service to East Anglia and most of the South-East.
How long is a session?
We allow approximately 2 hours for the session to give time for outfit changes and to allow time for coaxing reluctant little ones! Baby needs feeding? Not a problem, take your time, even if we are going to run over the 2 hours!
How many photos do you take?
There is no limit to the number of photos taken, but you can expect between 50-100 on your proof gallery.
How can I view / order my photos?
You will be sent a link to your unique gallery within 48 hours. Prints, frames and gifts can be ordered from your gallery. If you prefer to order by post/cheque then please use the order form which will be emailed with your gallery link.
Are there additional charges for travel?
Session fees are based on distance. Please see the prices page for details
Do you provide both colour and black & white photos?
All photos are taken in colour, but can be provided in a variety of styles such as black & white and sepia. For the proofing stage a variety of colour and black & white will be given.
Should we provide props?
I can provide a variety of toys to keep little ones happy and try to keep the session as fun as possible, though having a favourite toy at hand is always recommended!
Who owns the copyright to the images?
My Little Portrait owns the copyright to all images, and as such your photos may appear on the gallery on our web site or on promotional material, however if you have specific concerns and would prefer not to have your photos displayed online we will respect your decision. No names are ever given on image used on the site. As My Little Portrait owns the copyright, the images are sold for private use only, which means they cannot be used for commercial purposes. If you require shots for public use, please call and we can discuss terms. My Little Portrait reserves the right to use all images for publicity and marketing purposes.
What are the delivery times?
Proofs are usually available online within 48 hours of the shoot. Print orders then take up to 14 days, with canvas and gift items taking up to 28 days, but we try to reduce these times whenever possible.
How long are the photos available for?
Your gallery will be active for 6 weeks. Your photographs are then archived so you can come back to us even years later, although there may be a set-up fee.
